I’m a ninja.
Well, not really. I’m Carlos. I’m a 25 year old UI designer currently living in Toronto, Ontario. I’m originally from Houston, Texas. No, I’m not a cowboy.
A few years ago, my friend was cool enough to give me a copy of Photoshop, and I’ve been at it ever since. I originally started designing anime fan sites. The first anime site I designed was actually my own, and it did okay as far as anime fan sites go. About a year after that, I fell into freelance work.
I design with simplicity, usability and beauty in mind.
As of late I’ve been focusing my efforts on iPhone/iPad UI design. Even though this is where my interest is right now, I still dabble in all areas of the web. I’m still capable of creating full blown websites using the awesomeness of Word Press.
In short, I’m a gamer, apple enthusiast, geek, and I have a passion for designing and helping others understand how said design plays a critical role in their lives.
